Through Reiki I assist with the spiritual level of a person by the laying on of hands and meditating, over an area that needs assistance the most.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE:
Remedial Massage is based on Swedish massage with strokes applied to the soft tissue of the body (muscles).  It helps improve circulation, musculature tension and tranquillizes the central nervous system  It helps the swelling in limbs, back, neck and shoulder by releasing the stress and tension so the body can expel the blockages that have accumulated.
Through remedial massage which is a healing massage, I assist the tight and stressed muscles.  They then help the circulation, nervous and urinary systems and the physical body is assisted.
AROMATHERAPY:
Aromatherapy is a French massage that uses the healing properties of essential oils in a unique blend for the particular problems a patient may have.  The oils work on the emotionally and some physical problems as they are applied through the massage.
Through remedial massage which is a healing massage, I assist the tight and stressed muscles.  They then help the circulation, nervous and urinary systems and the physical body is assisted.
CHI REFLEXOLOGY:
Reflexology was known in Egypt and China in about 2,400 years BC.  It was made popular in the 1930'S by an American.
The form of Chi Reflexology incorporates both the eastern and western thinking.  Reflexology is worked on feet, hands and ears for the improvement and balancing of internal organs.
In reflexology the emotional state is worked by my assessing an individual and the way they feel then blending & using oils especially for that person.
Through reflexology that is mostly worked on the feet I assist and balance the inner organs to function more efficiently.

In January 1993, I opened my first offices in Orange and Blayney.  I had a Diploma in Remedial Massage from the Gwinganna Academy.

In 1996 I studied and obtained a Diploma in Aromatherapy from the same college but a different instructor, and I returned to study in 1998, this time travelling to Springwood in the Blue Mountains to study Chi Reflexology at the Australian College of Chi Reflexology.

The one thing with these studies is that they can lead into other interesting subjects.  I hope to teach and present lectures at organisations and the Community College and eventually in schools.

Additional Studies
30 June 2008 - Thermal Stone Therapy by Greg Morling
July 2009 Oncology - Body Therapy Lake Spa
July - August 2009 Trigger Point - Body Therapy Lake Spa

The range of massages I do is not confined just to these  - I  also do maternity,  postnatal and sports massages
.
The ages of clients ranges from 8 -80.
Thermal Stone Therapy:
This is a relaxing massage using heated volcanic stones which are placed on important parts of the body to relax it.
Oncology:
A massage to remove excess fluids from tissue and joints of the body.
Trigger Point:
Trigger Point work is applying pressure to tight and tender points in a muscle to release the tension thus relaxing the muscle.  An aggressive massage not for relaxing the nerves.
