Our Principal, Noel Campbell commenced his career in Occupational Health and Safety on the announcement of the first NSW OH&S Act, now replaced by the WH&S (Workplace Health & Safety Act.)
Apart from knowledge gained through experience, he has completed short courses in Investigation Methods (University of Canberra), Laboratory Safety (ANSTO), and Noise (University of Sydney). He then followed up with successful studies resulting in his Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (University of Newcastle).

Our staff have experience in a wide range of work situations including –
Advanced Diploma of Project Management, Advanced Diploma of OH&S, Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE10)
Since the late 1980s he has predominately worked in the fields of Project Management / Delivery, Operational Planning & Management, Training & Assessment and OH&S with the Department of Defence - Army.
In 2003 he was transferred to the School of Military Engineering where he was the chief trainer for Bridge construction and Watermanship / Boating. In that role he was also the man on the ground responsible for 3 projects, one concerning bridges ($14m) and 2 concerning watercraft ($15.3m). These projects also encompassed facility construction and management. He remained in this role for 3 years.
He was then given the role of Projects Warrant Officer where he was responsible for a number of other projects over a 42 month period. The total value of these projects being in excess of $27m and were located in NT and NSW.
