Prosecutions....
- A Sydney recycling company was fined $137,940.00 after a 15 year old apprentice lost his arm when cleaning mulch from a running conveyor. His arm being caught under the roller and requiring amputation.
- An employer was fined $65,000.00 as a result of an apprentice suffering a crush injury resulting in the partial amputation of three fingers.
