The butchery is able to order in a large variety of Game Meats for the more adventurous palates. Goose, pigeon, spatchcocks, emu, crocodile, kangaroo, pheasant, venison, buffalo, camel, smoked ox tongue and black pudding. For that special occasion we can make up ‘Turducken’ (Turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken).
Our own specialties included Flat Pack Marinade Shoulders, butterfly chicken and French garlic scotch fillet and our multi-award winning range of Sausages.
