Lesley Russell has established the cooking school, transforming a once vacant shop into a modern, functional school that combines the gleam of a professional kitchen with the conviviality of gathering around the kitchen table at home.
Recipes are handed out, food is cooked, dishes are shared.
Regional produce takes centre stage
Classes at Orange Regional Cooking School cater for a maximum of fourteen people.
Classes are interactive demonstration style and are designed to inspire keen cooks as well as increase skills, confidence and menu range.

Group bookings are welcome by arrangement.
